By accessing or using CGConnect or any Common Ground service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What We Do

CGConnect facilitates constituent outreach by allowing users to submit messages to elected officials. We transmit messages on your behalf but do not guarantee delivery, response, or any particular outcome from an official.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including your name and address
• Submit only lawful, non-harassing messages
• Not use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or any purpose other than genuine constituent communication
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, impersonate others, or interfere with the service

4. Message Content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you submit. Common Ground does not review, endorse, or edit message content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove submissions that violate these terms.

5. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that official contact information is always current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Ground, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
